We distill the data gathered into a comprehensive document outlining the position description, candidate profile, and organizational précis which is submitted for review and approval along with any recommendations and observations before commencing the healthcare executive search.

Recruitment Strategy & Candidate Sourcing:

We develop a proactive, comprehensive, national sourcing and recruitment strategy targeting organizations and individuals who will most likely match the needs of your organization as identified during the initial interview.


Our healthcare recruitment efforts will employ direct networking by our consultants and recruiters with key leaders in health systems throughout the country, along with extensive internet research, targeted emails and telephone calls, web postings, and possibly additional advertising in targeted publications.

Client Updates:

Throughout the executive recruitment process, we hold bi-weekly conference calls with the Search Committee (or designated representatives) in order to keep you apprised of our healthcare recruiting progress and to present prospective candidates for calibration.


Prior to each call, we prepare and distribute the candidates’ resume along with a “Candidate Snapshot” of each candidate. These summary documents are continually updated and allow all members of the Search Committee to remain fully apprised of our progress. This approach has proven to add efficiency and effectiveness to the search process and allows for mid-course corrections as needed.
